Am I eligible to join Bellwether?
Anyone living or working in New Hampshire or Essex and Middlesex counties, Massachusetts can join Bellwether.
Where are Bellwether branches located?

What should I do if my personal or account information is compromised?
If you feel you have been a victim of fraud, please contact Bellwether immediately at 1-866-996-9828. Please visit our Security page for more information.
What is your routing / ABA number?
Bellwether’s routing / ABA number is 211489478. You can also find this number on the bottom left-hand corner of your checks.
How do I make a loan payment from an outside account?
Bellwether offers many ways for you to pay any loan you have with us from another financial institution.
- You can mail in a check to 425 Hooksett Rd, Manchester, NH 03104, make a payment in a branch or through the shared branch network.
- Payments can also be accepted over the phone with a debit or credit card for a $12.00 fee or with routing number and account number for a $15.00 fee.
- Bellwether also offers online banking where you can make either a one-time payment with routing number and account number or link your external account and initiate transfers from your external account to your loan. What are your hours?
We are open during the following times:
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursdays: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 - noon
When we are closed for holidays, snow days, or emergencies it will be posted on our website homepage and at the branch locations. Online and mobile banking services will always be available during any branch closings.
What if I forget my online banking login information?
If you have only forgotten your password, you can click on Forgot Password and go through the steps to create a new password. If you are locked out or do not know you Login credentials, please call our Contact Center at 1-866-996-9828 and one of our qualified member consultants can assist you during our regular business hours.
What are your wire transfer instructions?
To send a wire transfer to your Bellwether account, you will initiate the transaction from the "sending" financial institution. They will have a form for you to complete, and you should check with that financial institution for their procedures. You will need your Bellwether account number, our Routing Number: 211489478, and our full name and address: Bellwether Community Credit Union, 425 Hooksett Road, Manchester, NH 03104. There is a $10.00 fee for all incoming wires.
If you wish to wire money from your Bellwether account to another financial institution, you will need to sign a Funds Transfer Agreement and Authorization Form before you can initiate a wire transfer request. Please visit one of our branches to complete this form. Once the completed form has been received, reviewed, and accepted you will then be able to initiate a wire transfer request. In order to initiate a wire transfer request, you need to come into one of our branches since these cannot be done over the phone. Once the Wire transfer form is fully completed and signed a Bellwether Representative will confirm the information with you and process your request. Fees may apply.
